The TETON programme consisted of two replicate, 52-week, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 3 studies, investigating inhaled treprostinil in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (NCT04708782NCT05255991). touchRESPIRATORY were delighted to talk with Dr. Steven D. Nathan (Inova Fairfax Hospital, Annandale, VA, USA) to discuss the aims, design, eligibility criteria and endpoints being investigated in the TETON clinical trial program and when we can expect the findings.

The abstract ‘Study Design and Rationale for the TETON Phase 3 Clinical Trials of Inhaled Treprostinil in the Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.‘ (Abstract number: PA1934) was presented at ERS 2022, 4–6 September, 2022.
